For reservations and negotiations you have to visit the property and discuss about it with management directly. Most of tenants are long term. Initial cost will be total price of 1st month rent, 1 month deposit, guarantee fee plus fire insurance. When you leave from this apartment a cleaning fee will be deduct from the deposit, this amount depends on the amount of damage and how clean you have kept the apartment.
