If you would like to have private internet connection in your room it cost 3,000 yen per month.
You are welcome to join our party which we hold for house tenants once a month. Free drink and food available for people who arrive early. We hope this gives you an opportunity to communicate with your house mates and share a good time together.

Deposit is 10,000JPY which is refundable.
Room 202 is shared room with 6 beds in one big room. Rent is 20,000JPY per month plus utility fees only.

If you would like to share one private room with your partner, the rent will be 25,000JPY for each person.
