There are all equipment that you need for daily life such as washer,gas table, fridge, A/C, TV,Table, chairs...
It takes less than 20min walk from nearest station Seibu-Yagisawa station on Seibu-Shijuku line. If you are looking for quiet private place to live here is the best place. You can occupy this lovely house by yourself or share with your partner. The rent is fixed 55,000 yen only. You will open gas, electricity and water contracts with each companies and have to pay private bills.
There is no bedding. If you already have it you can bring it in. If you need get from now you can negociate it with house owner. The owner is living just next to the house. They will be your friendly Japanese neighbor.
