Only 1min to the nearest station "Kodenmacho" on Tokyo Metro Hibiya line. Kodenmacho station is next to Akihabara station. You can reach to popular places from here. For example "Tsukiji" the place it is famous for fish market. "Ginza" is good for shopping. Famous for weekends, when the main north-south artery is closed to traffic. "Roppongi" is just 20min away. Also "Hiroo "and "Ebisu" are on the Hibiya line too.
You can use JR Kanda station too. It is just 10min away from this house. Kanda station is next to Tokyo station.
Convenience store is just 1min away, Super market also close to here. 15min away there is very good place for running along SUMIDA river. NO SMOKING in this building. The rent is slightly cheaper than other houses around this area but you are required to keep clean.
Each rooms has separated by gender. e.g. room name "101(Male)" means only Male can take the room. If the name contain "dorm" which means the room is shared room. You will share one room with 1 other person.
