This brand new 9-room guest house was built just one year ago and is very popular. There is often a waiting list for rooms.

You can enjoy large private rooms in a newly built modern house ! It is located in a quiet residential area with many parks. A park at 3 minutes walk distance features a pool, a baseball field, a special cork jogging track and outdoor exercise stations. There are also riverside recreation areas where people often have BBQ's parties. It is also a very convenient place for everyday life, there are lots of department stores, movie theaters, grocery stores etc... at walking distance. Tokyo Disney Resort is at bicycle distance and you can enjoy a walk in the Tokyo Bay. For those who like sports, they will find a Municipal sports training center at bike distance.

The house itself is an affordable and very nice place. You also have a big screen TV and lots of windows so it is really bright and comfortable and you can enjoy your stay even if you don't go out much.
The interior is ultra modern and features IKEA furniture and modern appliances, a 42 inch plasma TV with movie channels and free washer and dryer.
