This guest house is in the centre of a business district during the day with a lively club scene at night. Recently the house renovated their building and made a comfortable lounge at 2nd floor. Sofa, 3 computers with fast internet connection, Wide screen TV, many channells are 24 hours available for tenants.
Deposit is 10,000JPY which is refundable.
Reservation is available from one week before you move in with 20,000JPY which is deposit and part of first month rent.

You are welcome to join our party which we hold for house tenants once a month. Free drink and food available for people who arrive early. We hope this gives you an opportunity to communicate with your house mates and share a good time together.
