Located at 7 minutes walk from JR Yamanote line Ikebukuro and 8 minutes from JR Yamanote line Mejiro station.
5 minutes from Shinjuku station via Ikebukuro.

Before the place where the place this guest house is situated in used to be a restaurant and we tried to use that as much as possible for our interior and so we paid a lot of attention to its decoration. The part of the guest house facing south get much sunshine and is really bright. Since there is no high building around it, it is still very warm even in March.

You will find lots of convenient stores and 100 yen shops around the guest house so it is a very convenient location for everyday life. There are also lots of different stores so you can do all sort of shopping ! Clothing, accessories etc...The neighborhood is very quiet.
Utility fee varies from 7000 yen to 9000 yen depending on the season.
