This shared apartment has been always shared by both Japanese and foreigners.
The main reasons you would like to consider living here is 1. cultural exchange 2. for its location. The location of this shared apartment is just fabulous! It is near the Otakibashi bus depot and also is accessible to 5 stations, JR Chuo-Sobu Line, JR Yamanote Line, Seibu-Shinjuku Line, and the Tozai Metro Line. In addition, not just the convenience to the train stations, within 5 minute walking distance, there is a post-office which is available 24 hours and 365 days, 2 drug stores, a super market, and a fitness gym.
Lastly, there is a small stream nearby which is Kanda River (Kandagawa) where cherry trees are planted, and in the spring time you can even have a Hanami!!!
Inside the apartment, there are 4 bedrooms, which 3 of them are on the 2nd floor and one bedroom on the 1st floor. There is a dining room/kitchen at the end of the 1st floor where you get to socialise with the others! The toilet and the bath tub with a shower is available on the 1st floor as well.
