There are so many small shops/restaurants around this area.
Park, Fitness Club, Shopping mall, banks, postoffice and Convenience shops are close by.
7min walking from JR Nakano station, this 2 stories building is very classic. Actually this outlook isn't great.
There are four rooms inside. Each rooms are renovated recently and looks ok compare than outlook.
Each floor have a shower and a toilet. You will share those with one other room tenant.
One thing we have to notice about it that toilet is not western style. If you do care about it please do not contact about this building. If you don't care about it this house is very convenient and very economic though you will feel satisfy.
Inside your room, there is a sink and you can have a small cooking place, closet, A/C, Bed and curtain. Basicly a house owner doesn't supply much more than this but ex-tenants left some useful equipment though you can start your life at here with small initial cost.
The rent include water fee.
Electricity, Gas and Internet fee you will deal by yourself with each companies.
