Renovated in March 2026, this compact two-story home offers 37.75㎡ of private space and is a great option for couples, friends, small families, remote workers, or anyone looking for a comfortable furnished home in Tokyo.

The house is about a 12-minute walk from Yotsugi Station on the Keisei Oshiage Line. From Yotsugi, you can reach Asakusa in about 10 minutes, Oshiage / Tokyo Skytree in about 9 minutes, Nihombashi in about 18 minutes, Ueno in about 20 minutes, Tokyo Station in about 25 minutes, Ginza in about 29 minutes, and both Haneda and Narita airports in about 57 minutes by train.

Yotsugi is a friendly shitamachi area with retro shopping streets, local restaurants, and several parks nearby. Daily shopping is also easy, with a convenience store just 2 minutes away on foot and a supermarket about 5 minutes away. The area is also known among anime and football fans as one of the home areas of Captain Tsubasa.

Two beds are already provided. For groups of 3 or 4 residents, additional Japanese-style futon bedding can be prepared. The property is non-smoking.

A special campaign rent is currently available for 1–2 residents: ¥170,000/month, reduced from the regular rent of ¥200,000. Utilities are ¥30,000/month for 1–2 residents and include electricity, gas, water, and Wi-Fi. For 3–4 residents, the rent is ¥190,000/month and utilities are ¥40,000/month.

There are no initial move-in fees, no deposit, and no document preparation fee, so residents can move in by paying only the monthly rent and utilities from the first month.
