Rent: 29,800 JPY
Utilities: 14,900 JPY (including shared area usage fee and utility costs)
Deposit: 50,000 JPY (used as a cleaning fee when you move out)
Initial costs: 50,000 JPY deposit + 1 month's rent. Please transfer the rent by the end of the last month. Electricity charges for the private room will be billed every 3 months.
There are a total of 5 rooms with 4 Japanese residents in the other 4 rooms. Foreigners can also move in.
Move-ins are accepted on a monthly basis. If you move out in less than a year, a cancellation fee of 50,000 JPY will be charged. If you stay for more than 1 year, please notify us 1 month before moving out.
