The deposit is 10,000 JPY, it will be used as a cleaning fee when you move out, it is thus, not refundable.
There are no hidden fees. The initial cost is the only deposit, rent, and utility.
Internet fee is included in the utility fee
Reservation is available from one week before you move in with only 20,000 JPY downpayment (including the 10,000 JPY deposit +part of the first-month rent).
